Fulfillment Policy for Ad Creative Services

At VSL Queen, we are committed to delivering high-quality ad creative services to meet the needs of our clients. Below is an outline of our fulfillment process, refund policy, and cancellation terms:

Fulfillment Process

Project Initiation: Once payment is received, we will begin the onboarding process, which includes collecting all necessary information, creative briefs, and approvals required to complete the project.Delivery Timeline: Ad creative assets will be delivered digitally to the client within [X business days] after receiving all required input and approvals.Revisions: We offer up to 1 revision to editing creative per project to ensure client satisfaction. Reshoots & Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Services: Payments for creative services are non-refundable once work has begun, as significant time and resources are allocated immediately.

Payments

All Payments are made in USD.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their project at any time by providing written notice to [email protected].If cancellation occurs after work has begun, the client will be responsible for payment for work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any remaining balance for work that has not started will be refunded. We do require a 3 month commitment with our partnerships. The client will be responsible for the full-term because of the upfront creative strategy work we do for our clients.
